In the Shadow of the Bitterroots

Two years ago, for a writing course I was taking, I jotted down memories of my first trip to Missoula, Montana with my parents and what has become of our relationship since. Though my instructor loved it, I never really did anything with the piece until a couple of months ago when I submitted it to Wand’rly Magazine. The editor snatched it up and published it today. I’d love if you moseyed over to Wand’rly to take a look.

On another note, Wand’rly is a small family owned business and they’ve built a solid online magazine in a short period of time. You might consider supporting this young traveling family with a subscription to Wand’rly. For a mere $5/year you get instant access to new articles, free MP3s by local musicians, and more. Not a bad deal if you ask me.
